Feeding
We provide four different premium food options. If your pet is on a special diet or a prescription diet, we ask that you bring the food with you at the time of your pet's stay with us. We offer fresh chef's selections of beef, chicken, liver and salman to top your pets food if desired.
Personal Items
Always included in your pet's lodge stay is a raised bed, double fleece bedding, soft quilt and raised water bowls. Feel free to bring something from home that you feel would make your pet feel more comfortable. However, please make sure these items are not family heirlooms in case of loss or destruction. PLEASE NO RAWHIDE PRODUCTS.
In Case Of Illness
In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill while boarding with us, we will seek prompt medical care for your pet. We will call YOUR veterinarian for advice and assistance. In an extreme emergency, if your veterinarian is not available or is not within a reasonable proximity to the Lodge, we will seek the assistance of a local veterinarian and/or an after-hour emergency pet clinic. We will notify you as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed on a credit card. If the reservation is not cancelled within a day (24 hours) of scheduled arrival, the equivalent of one night's boarding will be charged to the credit card. PNL reserves the right to require a "three-day minimum charge" during major holidays and Spring Break. There will be no penalty if the boarding dates are changed and the reservation is not cancelled.
